The short version: joining our interest list costs nothing and doesn't hold a spot until you register. Registration, waivers and refunds are covered when you sign up. Donations and merch orders go through Zeffy. We're a sports program, not a therapy program. Please be kind to everyone on and off the field.
About these terms
These terms apply to this website and to the programs, donations, merchandise and sponsorships offered by Beyond the Spectrum Sports ("we," "us"), a Nevada nonprofit corporation serving the Las Vegas area. By using this website or taking part in our programs, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Interest list
- Joining our interest list costs nothing and does not commit you to anything.
- Joining the list does not guarantee a spot. Families are invited to register in the order they joined, and spots are first come, first served.
- Season details shared on this website, including dates, times, locations and pricing, are our current plan and may change before registration opens. Whatever is listed when you register is what applies.
Registration and participation
- A parent or legal guardian must register each child and agree to our participation terms and waiver at registration.
- The season fee is due at registration. Your spot is confirmed once registration and payment are complete.
- Refund, cancellation and weather policies are shared at registration and apply to that season.
- Please tell us about anything that will help your child take part safely and comfortably, such as medical needs, allergies or sensory needs. Sharing this is optional, but it helps us prepare.
- We may change the schedule, location or format of a practice or game for safety, weather or field availability. We'll let families know as soon as we can.
Health and safety
Soccer is a physical activity, and like any sport it carries some risk of injury. We work to keep every practice and game safe and welcoming, but we can't remove all risk. By registering, you confirm your child is able to take part in physical activity and agree to the waiver provided at registration.
Beyond the Spectrum Sports is a sports program, not a therapy program. We do not provide ABA therapy, medical care or treatment, and our program is not a substitute for professional services.
Community expectations
We're building a place where every kid belongs. We ask players, families, volunteers and spectators to be kind, patient and respectful. We may ask anyone whose behavior puts the safety or wellbeing of others at risk to step away from an activity or leave the program.
Photos and videos
We will not post photos or videos of your child on our website or social media without your permission. Please respect other families' privacy and ask before sharing photos that show other children.
Donations
- Donations are processed securely by Zeffy, and Zeffy's terms also apply to your payment. We never see or store your full card details.
- Beyond the Spectrum Sports is a Nevada nonprofit corporation, and our 501(c)(3) application is in progress. We can't yet confirm whether a donation is tax-deductible. Please talk with a tax professional about your situation.
- Donations are generally non-refundable. If you made a mistake, such as a wrong amount or a duplicate gift, email us and we'll do our best to help.
- Donations support our program as a whole, including fields, equipment, jerseys and player spots.
Merchandise
- Merch is sold as a pre-order through Zeffy and picked up at practice unless we tell you otherwise.
- Items are ordered in batches after the order deadline, so timing can vary. We'll keep you posted.
- Colors on screen may look a little different in person. Please check the size guide before ordering.
- If your item arrives damaged or wrong, email us and we'll make it right. Because items are ordered for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or size.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship benefits, terms and payment details are set out in the sponsor packet or agreement we share with each sponsor. If anything there differs from these terms, the sponsor agreement applies.
Our name and content
Our name, logo, photos and the content on this website belong to Beyond the Spectrum Sports. Please don't use them without our permission. Sharing a link to our website is always welcome.
Other websites
This website links to services we use, such as Google Forms and Zeffy. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their content or how they operate.
Limits of responsibility
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is" and may change. To the fullest extent allowed by Nevada law, Beyond the Spectrum Sports and its volunteers and staff are not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using this website. Liability related to participating in our programs is covered by the waiver signed at registration.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll let registered families know by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
